These are the documents that make up your agreement with us, and the notices that sit alongside it. Where a translation and the English version differ, the English version is the authoritative one.

The terms on which we make StudyMarket available to you. You accept them by registering an account.
Acceptable Use Policy
What you may and may not do on the platform. Part of the agreement.
Data Processing Addendum
Who is controller and who is processor for each activity, our subprocessors, international transfers, and the security measures in place. Part of the agreement.
Subprocessors
Every company that processes personal data on our behalf, what it does and where it is. Annex 2 to the Data Processing Addendum, and the list the Privacy Policy points at. Kept in English in every language, because a stale translation of a vendor list is worse than an English one you are told is English.
Fee Schedule
The fees in force for a Season. There is one only where fees have been agreed with you, and it is published here once there is.

These describe what we do with personal data. They are notices, not contractual terms, and they do not form part of the agreement.
