Study Market – Cookie Policy

Effective Date: 2 June 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Rokket Digital Ltd uses cookies and similar technologies on Study Market (the “Platform”).

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site function and improve user experience.

2. Types of Cookies We Use

2.1 Essential Cookies

These cookies are necessary for the Platform to function.

They include:

  • Authentication and session management (e.g. via Clerk)
  • Security and login functionality

Without these cookies, the Platform cannot operate properly.

2.2 Analytics Cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors interact with the Platform, such as which pages are visited, time spent on the Platform, and general usage patterns. This helps us improve the Platform.

Google Analytics sets cookies named _ga and _ga_<id> (which store a randomly generated identifier and expire after up to two years). These are non-essential cookies: they are not set until you accept analytics cookies via the consent banner, and you can withdraw your consent at any time (see “Managing Cookies” below).

We use Google Consent Mode, so before you accept, no analytics identifiers are stored on your device.

2.3 Communication & Service Cookies

We may use tools such as Resend to support communications. While these do not typically rely on browser cookies, they may involve tracking mechanisms related to email delivery and engagement.

3. Managing Cookies

You can change or withdraw your consent to analytics cookies at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the Platform footer.

You can also control cookies through your browser settings, including:

  • Blocking cookies
  • Deleting existing cookies

However, disabling essential cookies may prevent the Platform from functioning correctly.

4. Third-Party Cookies

Some cookies are set by third-party services we use — currently Google Analytics (provided by Google LLC) for analytics. These providers are responsible for their own cookies and data practices; see Google’s Privacy Policy for details on how Google processes this data.

5. Updates

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Platform indicates acceptance of any changes.
